Piano/keyboard and violin are taught in your home, at a teacher’s studio, or online. Voice and flute are taught at a teacher’s studio or online only. Guitar is taught online only. Each teacher we refer comes with the same promise of quality, dedication, and love of both craft and teaching.

Where does Allemande Music Academy teach?
We teach private music lessons in the Santa Clarita, California area, including Valencia, Saugus, Newhall, Canyon Country, Stevenson Ranch and Castaic. Lessons happen in your home, at a teacher's studio, or online.
What instruments can I learn?
Piano/keyboard and violin are taught in your home, at a teacher’s studio, or online. Voice and flute are taught at a teacher’s studio or online only. Guitar is taught online only.
Will a teacher come to our home?
Yes, for piano/keyboard and violin. Please contact us to see availability of in-home or teacher-studio lessons near you.
How do you choose a teacher for my child?
Tell us the instrument you want to learn and we will recommend a great teacher. We can put you in touch with the teacher before you start, so you can get a feel for their personality and teaching style.
How much do lessons cost?
For monthly flat rate students, prices are $115 to $195 a month for 30-minute lessons, $172 to $285 a month for 45-minute lessons, and $230 to $370 a month for 60-minute lessons. Charter school pricing ranges from $60 to $75 per hour. See all pricing.
Can our homeschool charter school pay for lessons?
Often, yes. We are vendors with several California charter schools, and we are happy to ask about joining yours. Read how it works.
Do you teach adults?
Yes. One of our students went back to piano in their late 40s, just for fun. It is never too late to start.
Are there recitals?
Yes. Recitals and performance opportunities occur throughout the year.
